Short Biography

Malte Gutt is a research fellow at the chair of Prof. Dr. Stoll since September 2020. After graduating from high school in 2011, he first completed a federal voluntary service in the regional office of an environmental NGO. In 2012 he began studying law at the Universities of Göttingen and Groningen (semester abroad) and completed his studies with the first state examination in 2019. He holds  a master’s degree (LL.M.) in international and European environmental law at the University of Strathclyde in Glasgow (Scotland). He is currently a Ph.D. student at the chair for international economic and environmental law. His research interests are International and European Environmental Law, International Economic Law, General Public Law Constitutional Law, and German Administrative Law, especially Environmental- and Planning Law.
