Short Biography

PhD. Silviu Mihail Tiţă is Associate Professor at the Alexandru Ioan Cuza University of Iasi, Romania, Faculty of Economics and Business Administration, where he works since 2009. He received a B.S. in Management at Faculty of Economics and Business Administration  and Computer Science at Faculty of Computer Science in 2004, a M.S. Human Resources Management in 2005, the PhD. in Management in 2009 from the Alexandru Ioan Cuza University of Iasi, Romania. He was project manager at 3 projects finance by Romanian Agency from students development and work in other 15 projects international and national project. Teaching and research activities are in fields of performance management, business games, organizational diagnosis and qualitative business research methods.
